Family: No one quite knows who he is related to, even if asked he will just say, "Well all my friends and customers are my family!"
Personality: The owner of 'Toko' onsen, Kota has very kind, open, laid back attitude. He'll often toss his negatives to the wind. this does not mean he isn't a serious person, however when he needs to be, or is working, he will take a serious almost calm state, observing everything. Kota is also a world class perv, despite his handsome face he is often found peeping on the very women bathing in his onsen. his hiding skills however are not top class, so he is found often and is usually beaten. the women often come back however because his onsen is one of the best in the world and is an oasis in the cold climate. Toko onsen are often visited by explorers, and tourists from other villages who cant handle the cold well. Pokemon of all types can enjoy the healing properties of Toko's onsens. Kota will often be found sleeping, working or talking with women.

History: Kota's childhood was spent training at a dojo that his family owned. this dojo specialised in earth techniques. teaching every thing from Rock, ground, and even steel moves. Kota, being the successor to the dojo was taught the art of "fissure" a move known by few, but to those who did know, feared. Fissure was a technique said to even spit the earth itself, and in the wrong hands could end many lives. After years of rigorous training he mastered the art of "Fissure". fissure was starting to gain fame across the world for its destructive capabilities and many came to claim the art. Kota's family was killed by a group who wanted the art and he was consumed by his rage. In his rage he destroyed the very city he loved with the very technique he was trying to protect. after he buried the bodies and prayed he vowed never again to use fissure out of hand again, and would only use it under extreme caution...he has never used it since. he moved hundreds of miles north to find refuge and now works as an onsen owner in Ice-Bay village, free from his past.
